The Novice AV Field Trial at hawkhurst was a frosty start turning quickly to a lovely sunny day. Game came consistently giving everyone a fair chance in the game crops, the odd Woodcock caught a few dogs out, the guns had some good sport, not much got past them.We would like to again thank all our helpers, stewards, game carriers, stops, Our Keeper, Francis Briley, who did an excellent job of putting us straight into game despite early expectations.
The Judges for the day, Guy Stubbings and Ray Titchner were helpful and gave all dogs a good chance to shine.
